YUMMY TURKEY SAUSAGE DINNER
this recipe is something i put together after going through all the ones i have, didn't really find any one that i was in the mood for so i improvised. it turned out great, my family loved it so much i am making it again tonight with the leftover rice!

Steps:
- 1. Heat margarine in skillet or pot. Add onions,garlic, zucchini, sausage, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
- 2. Add tomatoes and broth, continue cooking. Bring to a slow boil, mix a small amount of broth with flour, pour into pan, whisk until mixture thickens to a loose gravy consistency.
- 3. Meanwhile cook rice as directed on box. Serve turkey mixture over hot rice. Enjoy!
