- 1. In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple with its syrup, dry pudding mix, and sour cream; mix until well combined. Spoon into pie crust and decorate top with pineapple slices and cherries; sprinkle with coconut. Pipe with Cool Whip if so desired..Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.

This pie actually does just take a few minutes to prepare. I could have made one in the time it took to post this recipe. My Nephew's wife gave me this recipe years ago and I used to make it all of the time. It's really delicious. I forgot I had it until I started looking for something to post. I hope you will enjoy it.

- In a large bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix, undrained crushed pineapple, and sour cream; stir until well blended, and add coconut if desired; blending into mixture.
- Pour mixture into pie crust, and you're done!!!
- Cover and chill 2 hours before serving.
