PORK BBQ SANDWICHES
When having a crowd over, you can also serve the barbeque on Italian rolls for a great tasting sandwich.

Steps:
- In a dutch oven, bring the pork roast, water and salt to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3 1/3- 4 hours or until the meat is very tender.
- Remove meat and let stand until cool enough to handle. Discard bone; shred meat with two forks. Skim fat from pan juices.
- Stir in steak sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, chili sauce, ketchup, and shredded pork. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour.
- In a large skillet cook onions and sugar in oil and butter over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally. Serve pork and onions on buns.

BBQ PORK SANDWICHES
Everytime I make this, everyone begs for the recipe!! I got it out of a "Favorite Brand Name Slow Cooker Magic In Minutes" cook book, but have altered it some. Tastes great with potato salad. I hope you enjoy it!!!

Steps:
- Place roast on bottom of slow cooker. Combine broth, 1/3 cup each Worcestershire and Frank's Sauce. Pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on high-heat setting 5 hours, or until roast is tender.
- Meanwhile, combine ingredients for sauce in large bowl; set aside.
- Transfer roast to large cutting board. Discard liquid in bottom of slow cooker. Coarsley chop roast, or shred with two forks.
- Transfer roast back into slow cooker. Stir in sauce.
- Heat on "keep warm' until ready to serve.
- Spoon onto large wheat sandwich rolls and enjoy!
