  • Pan-fry onion in hot oil.

  • Add potatoes and water.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add cabbage.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Cut up and add tomatoes.
  • Cook a couple more minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
