AIR FRYER FRIED OREOS
This carnival treat is easy to replicate at home with your air fryer. We doctored up pancake mix to create a sweet batter that gets light, golden and crisp. The key to a perfect coating is to get the batter's consistency right-so adjust as needed with extra mix.

Steps:
- Cut 2 sheets of parchment to fit the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer without hanging over the edges and set aside. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk together the egg, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add the pancake mix and sugar and whisk until smooth. The batter should be the consistency of thick cake batter to allow it to coat the cookie and hold its shape. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding more pancake mix 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Line the basket of the air fryer with a parchment piece and spray lightly with cooking spray. Dip 6 cookies in the batter, letting the excess drip back into the bowl. Arrange the cookies on the parchment in a single layer without touching. (Make sure to place a cookie on each of the four corners so the parchment doesn't fly up during cooking.) Air fry at 350 degrees F until the battered coating is golden brown and puffed, about 7 minutes. Remove and repeat with the remaining sheet of parchment and cookies.
- Dust the fried Oreos with confectioners' sugar just before serving.
AIR-FRYER PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Roll level tablespoons of dough into balls. Flatten with a fork. , Preheat air fryer to 400°. In batches, place 1 in. apart in greased air fryer. Cook until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on the pan and remove to wire racks to cool.

Steps:
- Mix pancake mix and water until well combined.
- Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with nonstick cooking spray. Dip each cookie into the pancake mixture and place in the basket. Make sure they are not touching; cook in batches if necessary.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Add basket and cook for 4 to 5 minutes; flip and cook until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes more. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

- On each of eighteen 4-in. wooden skewers, thread 1 cookie, inserting pointed end of skewer into filling if desired. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour. , Preheat air fryer to 350°. Cut pieces of parchment to fit the bottom of the air fryer. In a shallow bowl, whisk together egg, milk and extract; add biscuit mix and stir just until moistened. Dip cookie into biscuit mixture to coat both sides; shake off excess. Place a sheet of parchment in air fryer; spray parchment with nonstick cooking spray. In batches, arrange cookies in a single layer 1/2-in. apart, placing 1 cookie in each corner of the paper so it doesn't fly around during cooking. , Cook until golden brown, 5-7 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.

AIR FRYER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Bake right on your countertop! Your air fryer can make more than just French fries. These chocolate chip cookies are small, sweet and cakey. Make the dough, roll into balls and freeze-then thaw and air-fry a few as needed for easy after-dinner treats.

Steps:
- Set air fryer to 325 F. Cut out a piece of parchment that just covers the bottom of the air fryer insert.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat together both of the sugars and the butter in another bowl with an electric hand mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Scrap down the bowl with a rubber spatula. Beat in the egg and then the vanilla. Reduce mixer speed to low, add the flour mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in the chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.
- Scoop out slightly heaping tablespoonfuls of dough and roll into balls. Working in batches (about 6 at a time), arrange them at least 1 inch apart on the parchment-lined insert. Air-fry until golden brown, 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool in the insert for a couple minutes and then transfer with a spatula to a wire rack and cool completely. Cook the remaining dough balls in batches.
AIR-FRYER BREAKFAST COOKIES
Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 300°. Beat banana, peanut butter, honey and vanilla until blended. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, milk powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into banana mixture. Stir in dried cranberries., In batches, drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto greased tray in air-fryer basket; flatten to 1/2-in. thickness., Cook until lightly browned, 6-8 minutes. Cool in basket 1 minute. Remove to wire racks., Serve warm or at room temperature. , Freeze option: Freeze cookies in freezer containers, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, thaw before serving or, if desired, reheat in a preheated 300° air fryer until warmed, about 1 minute.
