Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, parsley, chili, salt, and pepper and mix well to combine.
- Place 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip wedges with tongs and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining 8 wedges.

- Preheat air fryer to 400°. Cut each potato lengthwise in half. Cut each half into 3 wedges. In a large bowl, drizzle potatoes with oil; toss to coat. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes; toss to coat., In batches, arrange potatoes in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown and tender, 15-20 minutes.

When I first started out making wedges, the one thing I was intimidated by was how to cut potatoes into the perfect shape wedge. Getting them crispy was another insane issue I had. It is actually the complete opposite, and they are so easy to make. I prefer them over making fries, and have included step-by-step photos of cutting the perfect wedge.

Steps:
- Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Place in a bowl and refrigerate until completely cool, about 30 minutes.
- Combine oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl. Cut cooled potatoes into quarters and toss into the mixture.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Add 1/2 the potato wedges to the air fryer basket, placing them skin-side down and being careful not to overcrowd.
- Cook until golden brown, 13 to 15 minutes. Repeat with remaining wedges.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine potatoes, pepper sauce, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, and salt in a large bowl; stir until potatoes are evenly coated.
- Place 8 wedges in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Use tongs to return the wedges to the bowl with the sauce and give them another stir. Return back in the basket and cook for 10 minutes more, shaking halfway through cook time. Repeat with remaining 8 potato wedges.

AIR FRYER GARLIC-PARMESAN POTATO WEDGES
Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions. Line the basket with nonstick foil.
- Pierce the potato several times with a paring knife. Microwave on high power until very soft, 8 to 10 minutes. Turn the potato over after about 4 minutes to ensure even cooking. Remove and let cool enough to handle.
- Slice potato in half lengthwise; slice each half into 4 wedges, then cut the wedges in half. Drizzle with oil and toss very gently to coat. Place the potatoes close together in the air fryer with the skin sides down. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, then move the slices apart. (Starting with them close together helps you get more of the cheese and seasonings on the potatoes.)
- Air-fry until golden brown, about 20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. Reduce air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Continue to air-fry until well browned and crispy, about 5 minutes more.
