- Place shrimp in a food processor; pulse until chopped. In a large bowl, combine the egg, red pepper, 4 green onions, ginger and salt. Add shrimp and bread crumbs; mix gently. Shape into twelve 1/2-in.-thick patties. Refrigerate 20 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine mayonnaise and the chili sauces; stir in cabbage and remaining green onions. , Preheat air fryer to 375°. In batches, place patties in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Serve on buns with slaw; secure with toothpicks. If desired, serve with additional chili sauce.

My husband loves crispy coconut shrimp and po'boys, so I combined them with a spicy remoulade and voila! This air-fryer shrimp is a big hit with family and friends and is frequently requested. - For remoulade, in a small bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, until serving., Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, herbes de Provence, sea salt, garlic powder, pepper and cayenne. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk egg, milk and hot pepper sauce. Place coconut in a third shallow bowl. Dip shrimp in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then in coconut, patting to help adhere., In batches, arrange shrimp in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until coconut is lightly browned and shrimp turn pink, 3-4 minutes on each side., Spread cut side of buns with remoulade. Top with shrimp, lettuce and tomato.

- For the fried shrimp: Spray the basket of a 3.5-quart air fryer with cooking spray and set aside. Pat the shrimp dry between a couple paper towels, then season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper.
- Whisk the flour with 3/4 teaspoon salt and few grinds of pepper in a shallow bowl or baking dish. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt in another shallow bowl. Add the panko to a third shallow bowl. Dip a shrimp in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess, then dip in the beaten eggs. Dredge in the panko, turning until evenly coated. Transfer to a large plate or a rimmed baking sheet and repeat with the remaining shrimp.
- Preheat the air fryer to 385 degrees F. Working in batches, place some of the shrimp in a single layer in the fryer basket, then spray lightly with more cooking spray. Cook until the shrimp are golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway through, about 10 minutes.
- For the spicy remoulade sauce: Meanwhile, stir together the mayonnaise, pickled jalapenos, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce and scallion in a small bowl until smooth. Serve with the fried shrimp for dipping.

- Using food proccesor, add 1 lb shrimp & pulse until tiny pieces, transfer chopped shrimp to a mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet, then add 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper and saute for 3 minutes. Next add 1 clove of chopped garlic and saute for 1 minute, stirring few times. Turn off the heat.
- While bell pepper is cooling, preheat the Air Fryer to 400F. Combine the rest of the ingredients into the shrimp bowl: 1/4 cup of red onion, 1/4 cup of cilantro, 1/4 cup green onion, 1/2 of small jalapeno, 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of mayo, 1 1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, salt & pepper to taste. Plus saute bell peppers with garlic.
- Give it a good mix. Using hands, form mixture into 12 shrimp patties, coat them in 1 cup of breadcrumbs. Grease the Air Fryer pan with avocado oil and add shrimp patties (try not to crowd them!). Cook for 10 minutes, flipping shrimp patties once on the other side.
