American Cheese Cheesy Potatoes Recipes

Steps:

• In a large nonstick skillet, cook potatoes in butter until crisp-tender and lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over all; cover and cook until milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese; stir until melted. Garnish with parsley.

• 1. Place frozen hash browns in crock pot. Add stick of butter. Mix sour cream, soup, onion, and cheese (cut cheese in small cubes)and pour on top of hash browns. Cook on high for 2 hours and then on low for the last hour. Stir often so cheese doesn't burn.
