- 1. Melt butter in soup pot. Add flour, salt, pepper, & celery leaves; stir until smooth.
- 2. Add milk & stock. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes; stirring constantly.
- 3. Add chicken and heat thoroughly.
- 4. Serve over Floating Islands(recipe is posted) or biscuits.
