Annas Company Casserole Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Cook rotini according to package directions. Drain.
• In large saucepan heat oil. Saute onion and celery until tender.
• Add hamburger, garlic, pepper, red pepper flakes, italian seasoning, and seasoned salt. Brown.
• Add mushrooms. Cook until soft.
• Add tomato sauce, corn, and sugar. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minute.
• In medium bowl combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream.
• Layer in greased 9 x 13 pan. Add half of rotini noodles. Add half of cheese mixture, add half of meat mixture. Repeat. End in meat mixture.
• Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
• Bake uncovered for 30 minute.

Steps:

• Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
• Brown meat; drain.
• Add tomato sauce to beef; remove from heat.
• In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and peppers.
• Butter a casserole dish and spread 1/2 the noodles in the bottom.
• Cover noodles with 1/2 the cheese mixture, then 1/2 the meat mixture, then 1 more layer of noodles, then cheese mixture and then meat mixture.
• Pour 2 tablespoons butter over top; press down slightly.
• Bake at 375° for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minute.
• If drier casserole is desired, cook 15 minutes longer.

Steps:

• Cook noodles in salted water; drain.
• Melt butter or margarine and saute green bell pepper.
• Add meat and cook until meat loses its pink color.
• Drain.
• Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce.
• Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
• In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions & noodles.
• Gently mix together.
• Alternate layers of noodles & meat mixture in a 2-qt.
• casserole.
• Top with cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
• In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion until no pink shows; drain. Mix in 1 of the cans of tomato sauce, salt, pepper and cinnamon. Pour into shallow 3 quart casserole baking dish.
• Pour in noodles in an even layer. Top with cottage cheese; sprinkle with onions and Cheddar cheese. Pour on remaining can of tomato sauce.
• Bake in a preheated over for 30 minutes.
