- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, pineapple, milk, ketchup, sugar, poppy seeds if desired and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place the coleslaw mix in a large bowl; and add dressing and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
