Apple Cinnamon Cheese Ball Recipes

Steps:

• Beat cream cheese and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; add 1/4 cup brown sugar, confectioners' sugar, apple pie spice, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and vanilla extract and beat until smooth. Transfer cheese mixture to a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap plastic wrap around cheese, forming a ball; refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.
• Mix pecans, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon together on a shallow plate. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in the pecan mixture until evenly coated, pressing to help topping stick to cheese ball.

• In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, apples, ¼ cup pecans, and cinnamon. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend. To Serve: let stand at room temperature 20-30 minutes or until softened. Serve with vanilla wafers or sugar cookies.

• In medium to large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and cinnamon. Beat until well blended.

• Shape mixture into a ball by rolling it around inside the bowl.
• Once ball is formed, pour crushed nuts into a second bowl, and roll cheese ball in the crushed nuts until the outside is covered.

Stir in walnut mixture. Spread over two slices of bread; layer with Muenster cheese, apple slices and remaining bread. Spread remaining butter over the outsides of each sandwich., In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, toast sandwiches for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
