Steps:
- Wash apples and peel off their skin.
- Put in a mixture and grind it to pulp.
- Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add the pulp and fry on medium flame 10 - 15 mins till water evaporates and becomes thick.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add color and mix wellAdd cashew nuts and serve.

- Heat ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cashews and almonds and saute just till it becomes light. Add raisins. Saute for few seconds. Transfer this to a plate and keep it aside.
- In the same pan add grated apples and sauté till juice from the apple is released and then evaporated completely.
- Now add the sugar and continue to sauté. Once the sugar is added, the mixture loosens up and appears moist. Continue to cook till the liquid evaporates. (For more details check out the video just above recipe maker)
