Apple Oat Cheesecake Bars image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Combind topping and crust ingredients.
  • Press all but one cup of mixture into pan.
  • Bake 12 to 15 minutes until crust is set (it will not be brown) and cool.
  • With a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until smooth (note: if your cream cheese just came out of the refrigerator, you can microwave it on the defrost setting for a couple of minutes so that it's a little less difficult to beat with the mixer) Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
  • Combind apple mixture ingredients in a bowl.
  • Top cream cheese mixture evenly with apple mixture.
  • Sprinkle reserved oat mixture evenly over top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Cut into bars.

3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup granny smith apple, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon allspice

Apple Streusel Cheesecake Bars image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Place cookie mix in large bowl. With pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and coarse. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over partially baked crust. In medium bowl, mix pie filling and cinnamon. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Sprinkle with walnuts.
  • Bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until light golden brown. Cool about 30 minutes. Refrigerate to chill, about 2 hours. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Spread over crust., In a small bowl, toss apples with cinnamon, nutmeg and remaining sugar; spoon over cream cheese layer. In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and oats; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple layer., Bake 25-30 minutes or until filling is set. Drizzle with caramel topping; cool in pan on a wire rack 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into bars.
