BOBBIE'S OATMEAL COOKIES
If you like oatmeal cookies, you will love these!! My husband says they are the best cookies I have ever made.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in the oats, chocolate chips, raisins, and pecans, one ingredient at a time. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, cream butter with both sugars. Beat in egg, vanilla and almond extracts.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add flour mixture to the butter mixture, and stir Stir in oats and walnuts, if using.
- Roll dough into small balls, about 1 tbsp each. Place balls on parchment lined baking sheets and press very flat with a fork or flat bottom of a glass dipped in flour.
- Bake in a preheated 350*F oven for 8 - 12 minutes.
- Cook on wire racks.

- Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet and cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside. Drain bacon fat from the skillet.
- Using the same skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat, stirring until the meat is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.
- Transfer the ground beef to a slow cooker. Add the pinto beans, butter beans, baked beans with pork, barbeque sauce, ketchup, and brown sugar to the ground beef mixture; stir to blend well. Cover and cook for 4 hours on High. Top each serving with crumbled bacon.

- Add egg, water and vanilla and mix in.
- In a large bowl combine flour with baking soda and salt; stir in rolled oats; stir into batter.
- Add apricots.
- Using 3 tbsp batter for each cookie, place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten cookies and bake in preheated 350F oven for 14 to 17 minutes.
- Cool on racks.
- Cookies should be crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle.
