CROCKPOT AUTUMN DELIGHT (CUBED STEAKS)
Cubed steaks are cooked in a familiar blelnd of cream of mushroom soup and dry onion soup. This makes a delightful gravy that is great over mashed potatoes or noodles. Recipe comes from one of those supermarket checkout stand recipe booklets put out by the Crockpot people.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Lightly brown steaks on both sides. Transfer to crockpot.
- Combine onion soup mix, water, and soup in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour over steaks. Cover and cook on LO heat for 4-6 hours.
- Serve over hot mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
