AUTUMN ESSENTIALS: SCENTS OF FALL
If you have a diffuser, and some essential oils, get ready for an awesome Autumn. Mix them together, close your eyes, and breathe in the scents of Fall. In most cases, a standard diffuser will provide enough output to fill a room. In my place, I have different diffusers in different rooms, so that when you go from one room to another, you have a totally different sensory experience. So, you ready... Let's get to Fall.

- PREP/PREPARE
- There are a lot of diffusers out on the market. Some fancy, some not so much.
- Gather your ingredients (mise en place).
- Spicy Pumpkin Pie 5 drops cinnamon 1 drop clove 1 drop nutmeg
- Dreams of Autumn 4 drops orange 3 drops ginger 2 drops cinnamon
- Halloween Adventure 3 drops orange 2 drops frankincense 2 drops cinnamon
- Autumn Woodlands 3 drops frankincense 2 drops fir 1 drop cedarwood
- Autumn Leaves 5 drops orange 1 drop patchouli 1 drop ginger
- Autumn Journey 4 drops cypress 2 drops fir 2 drops sandalwood
- Autumn Harvest 3 drops tangerine 2 drops cassia 1 drop clove
- Cider on the Stove 3 drops wild orange 1 drop nutmeg 2 drops cinnamon 1 drop clove
- Apple Pie in the Oven 2 drops clove 2 drops cinnamon bark 2 drops ginger 1 drop nutmeg
- Keep the faith, and keep cooking.

- Fall Wreath. If I ever get around to making a fall wreath I want it to smell like this. Peppermint and eucalyptus are my essential oil go-to’s. —3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.
- Stroll thru the Orchard. Ready for a walk in the woods? I’m new to the slightly more exotic scents of frankincense and bergamot, but they go well with the coniferous oils.
- Wellness Blend. I have a blend called On Guard from DoTerra that contains these essential oils. It’s a perfect immunity booster and air purifier when everyone starts coughing and sneezing.
