- In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before brushing on your favorite meat.

- In a blender, combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water and Worcestershire sauce. Season with mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce. Blend until smooth.

HOMEMADE BBQ SAUCE

- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring, being careful not to burn them. Reduce the heat to low. Add the ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, chipotle peppers, vinegar (or less to taste), Worcestershire sauce and salt and stir. Allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Taste after simmering and add whatever ingredient it needs (more spice, more sugar, etc.).
SIMPLE B.B.Q SAUCE
This B.B.Q sauce is so easy to make and to tweak to they way you like you will never buy B.B.Q sauce in a bottle again. You can add or or less ingredients in it if you'd like to change the way it tastes. I've added other ingredients like red pepper to make it spicy or you can add more liquid smoke to it or sugar the taste is really up to you but the recipe I'm giving to you is a good base to go off. I've only used one kind of beer to make it but I guessing that different beers will make it taste different also the beer I used was some cheap Keystone light.

- put tomato paste, molasses, soy sauce, cider vinegar, and honey in a non-reactive bowl. warm in microwave @1 minute to mix easier.
- toss the dry ingredients in a bowl to mix together, then mix in the wet ingredients.
- store in squeezable ketchup or mayonaise bottle in your refrigerator.
