Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
- Place salmon fillets in the baking dish.
- Mix lemon juice, orange juice, lime juice, butter, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper together until well blended. Drizzle over salmon in the baking dish.
- Bake salmon in the preheated oven until easily flaked with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

CITRUS BAKED SALMON
This is great on grill, but works equally well in the oven. If you can't find the garlic butter, you can always make your own by combining garlic powder with butter or margarine. I use one large salmon filet, which is usually between 2-3 lbs. The salmon filet and the Tones Citrus Grill can be found at Sam's Club.

Steps:
- Place the salmon on heavy duty aluminum foil and dot the filet with the garlic butter.
- Sprinkle the citrus grill seasoning over all.
- Fold over aluminum foil and seal ends tightly and bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes, or until salmon flakes.

Easy and delicious lemon-butter salmon fillets. This is an old recipe I changed up a bit and doubled in order to feed a large group or family.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place salmon fillets in the dish.
- Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high in 30-second increments until melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Mix lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the melted butter; pour over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 18 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Arrange orange slices in a single layer in the bottom of a medium baking dish (reserving 2 slices of blood orange and two slices of naval orange). Place salmon on oranges, drizzle with honey. Spread starfruit jam over salmon and sprinkle with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and lemon zest. squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and cover with reserved orange slices.
- Cover baking dish with foil and bake 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven,.
- uncover and broil on low for another 3 minutes until easily flaked with a fork.
- serve with steamed green beans tossed with bacon and browned butter.
