This is an easy recipe which I love every time I make it. Good HOT or COLD!

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8 x12 inch casserole dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream corn, niblet corn, eggs, sour cream, muffin mix, and butter. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese over the top. Return to the oven for 15 minutes or until the center is firm.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and cream cheese, and dissolve the chicken bouillon. Mix in the corn. Season with pepper, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in the cream. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, and top with crackers.
  • Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using a blender or food processor, chop the dried corn until finely ground.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground corn, milk, butter, salt, sugar and eggs. Mix well.

  • Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
