Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pastry on floured surface; roll out with rolling pin to flatten.
- Brush top and side of cheese wheel with mustard; sprinkle evenly with almonds. Place, almond-side down, on center of pastry sheet. Gently fold pastry around cheese to completely enclose cheese, trimming excess pastry if necessary. Reserve trimmings for later use. Seal edge of pastry. Place, seam-side down, on greased baking sheet. Use sharp knife to cut out desired decorative shapes from pastry trimmings; arrange on top of cheese. Brush with egg.
- Bake 15 to 18 min. or until golden brown. Let stand 10 min. Serve with the crackers.

- Put Brie in flat baking dish or casserole. Cover the Brie with Honeycup mustard. Sprinkle on scallions and green pepper.
- Put cracked pepper on top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.

HONEYCUP MUSTARD WITH KIELBASA
I had this appetizer at a home party. I had to have the recipe. When I asked it was just so simply put. "Wrap kielbasa in pastry, brush with egg, bake and dip." She didn't know what mustard she used because her husband just grabbed it from the store shelf, now the jar was long gone. In a search of the grocery aisle I spied this jar of Honeycup mustard. The ingredients sounded yummy and could of been what she had. Bought it! Baked it up! Yummy! Yummy! NOTE: I do think you could use puff pastry instead of pastry sheets. You might be able to slather the Honeycup mustard on the kielbasa before rolling it up in the pastry sheets....I am certainly going to try it next time I bake it up. Please don't substitute the mustard without trying this first....it is a thick mustard that is both sweet and sharp. It is a product of Canada, so might be found in the specialty aisle if not with the mustards.

- Cut the kielbasa in half.
- Roll each half in one pastry sheet, sealing the ends.
- Brush the pastry sheet with beaten egg.
- Place on sheet pan.
- Bake until the crust is golden, about 20 minutes.
- Slice in bite size pieces.
- Dip in the Honeycup mustard.

BAKED BRIE
Serve a creamy, runny-centered, pastry-wrapped baked brie at your next party and watch your guests cluster around it, slicing off bits until it completely disappears. Don't be tempted to use a fancy, artisan brie from a cheese shop here. This recipe works best with the regular kind of brie you find at the supermarket; fancier bries may leak out of their pastry. Choose any flavor jam for the topping. Orange or ginger marmalade will give you something tangier than, say, raspberry and cherry jam, which are sweeter, more mellow options. While a wedge of brie will work in this recipe, a round of brie looks prettiest.

- Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Using a large chef's knife, cut the white rind off the brie and discard (this works best when the cheese is very cold).
- Roll the chilled dough to about 1/8-inch thick. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Place the brie at the center of the dough square and then spread the jam over the top of cheese. Drape the four corners of the dough, one at a time, across the brie to enclose it. If there is too much overlapping dough, trim the sides before draping. You want the dough to just cover the brie.
- Brush the egg wash over the brie, making sure it does not pool where it meets the tray or it will stick. Sprinkle with the sugar if using. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool for 8 to 10 minutes before serving warm.
