Banana Split Delight Recipes

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine the wafer crumbs, sugar and cinnamon; set aside. , In a large skillet, saute the bananas in butter over medium heat for 1 minute. Sprinkle with crumb mixture; cook for 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm over ice cream.

Steps:

• In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, chocolate chips and 1/2 cup butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and cool completely., Meanwhile, melt the remaining butter; toss with cookie crumbs. Press into a greased 13x9-in. pan. Freeze for 15 minutes. Arrange banana slices over crust; spread with 1 quart ice cream. Top with 1 cup chocolate sauce. Freeze for 1 hour. Refrigerate remaining chocolate sauce. Spread the remaining ice cream over dessert; top with pineapple, cherries and pecans. Cover and freeze overnight. , Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving. Reheat the chocolate sauce. Cut dessert into squares; if desired, serve with whipped topping and chocolate sauce.

Steps:

• 1. Prepare graham cracker crust with melted butter. Mix well, pour into greased 11 x 9 greased glass dish and pat out with hand. Refrigerate.
• 2. In bowl,mix cream cheese,sugar,2 Tblsp. sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in half of Cool Whip. I used 2 8-oz. CoolWhips instead of one large. Pour and layer on crust.
• 3. Layer pineapple, bananas, and strawberries on top in that order. I used fresh strawberries and sprinkled a packet of Stevia over them.
• 4. Whisk puddings, banana extract and milk until thickened. Spread on top of fruit layer. Cover with the remaining Cool Whip, then decorate with chocolate syrup, cherries and nuts. I used walnuts but pecans are yummy too! Refrigerate at least 4 hours but I did for overnight.

Steps:

• Place banana in a dessert dish; place scoops of ice cream between banana. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
