Banana Strawberry Pudding Dessert Recipes
MY BEST BANANA PUDDING DESSERT
I have been asked to make this every year at Thanksgiving. Thought I would share my way of making banana pudding.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl beat together vanilla pudding mix and milk for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken. Blend in the sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and fold in the thawed Cool Whip.
- In a 13x9x2 glass dish layer the bottom with Nilla wafers, add a layer of sliced bananas over top of wafers. Pour enough pudding mixture over top of the first layer of wafers and bananas to cover,leaving some pudding for more layers.
- Repeat layers of wafers,bananas and pudding.
- End with a few wafers on top.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for several hours.

- In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes; fold in condensed milk. Set aside 1 tablespoon whipped topping and 2 tablespoons wafer crumbs. Fold remaining whipped topping into pudding. , In a 3-qt. serving bowl, layer a third of the strawberries, wafer crumbs and pudding mixture. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with reserved wafer crumbs; top with reserved whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.

- In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes; stir in basil. Transfer to a greased 5-qt. slow cooker. Cook, covered, on low until edges of cake are golden brown (center will be moist), 3-1/2 to 4 hours., Remove slow-cooker insert; sprinkle cake with baking chips. Let cake stand, uncovered, 10 minutes before serving. Serve with toppings as desired.

- Line the bottom of a 9-in. square pan with 4-1/2 graham crackers; set aside., In a small bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Place banana slices in another small bowl; toss with lemon juice. Stir bananas and 1 cup strawberries into the pudding. Fold in 1-3/4 cups whipped topping., Spread half of pudding over the graham crackers; repeat layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Refrigerate remaining berries and whipped topping. Just before serving, top with remaining berries and topping. Garnish with mint if desired.

- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer on low speed to combine the vanilla pudding and milk. Mix for about 2 minutes until the pudding is smooth and begins to thicken. Use a spatula to fold in whipped topping, then add the banana slices. Set aside.
- Line the bottom of a 2 ½ quart dish with Nilla Wafer cookies. Carefully scoop the pudding over the cookies. Add additional cookies around the sides of the pudding with the bottom flat side of the cookies touching the side of the casserole dish.
- Layer the sliced strawberries over the top of the pudding. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Pudding is good when kept in the refrigerator for about 4 days.
