COCA COLA MEATBALLS
Who would have thought that Coca Cola and meatballs would go together. add in a few other ingredients and you have an amazingly delicious meal.

Steps:
- preheat oven to 180 Celsius spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- in a large bowl, mix all the meatball ingredients together then roll into golf ball sized balls.
- place balls in a single layer into the baking dish.
- in a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients then pour over the meatballs.
- cook for 50 - 60 minutes until sauce is bubbly and meatballs are cooked. turn the balls once during cooking.
- when the meatballs are almost ready to serve, remove from oven and mix 2 tablespoons of cornflour with enough water to make a thin paste and stir through the meatballs to thicken the sauce. return to oven for 5 minutes then serve.
- serve with mashed potato and vegetables of choice.
BBQ MEATBALLS
A quick favorite appetizer, shared by a co-worker. I have not once taken left-overs on this one! NOT ONCE! I always volunteer to bring this one--it's my easy little secret! :)

- Place meatballs in slow cooker.
- Combine and mix ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, and liquid smoke.
- Pour sauce over frozen meatballs. The system would not let me put "Large" bag of frozen meatballs so I estimated 8 cups -- Whatever bag you have in your local freezer is fine, I usually get the one from Costco!
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
- Enjoy!

BARBECUE MEATBALLS

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the barbecue sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, hot sauce and Worcestershire and bring to a boil. Add the All-Purpose Meatballs and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until the meatballs are heated through, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Spoon over mashed potatoes and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with a green salad.
- To make the meatballs, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, cream, parsley, mustard, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix together well with your hands. Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and roll them into balls with your hands. Place the meatballs onto parchment-lined baking sheets and put the baking sheets in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes for the meatballs to firm up.
- To brown the meatballs, heat the olive oil in a heavy pot or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Cook, turning the meatballs to make sure they brown all over, 5 to 7 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
- Freezer instructions: Put the cooked meatballs in a single layer on baking sheets and put into the freezer. When frozen, divide them into freezer bags, 25 per bag, and return them to the freezer. Yield: 125 meatballs.

- Preheat the oven to 325°F In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, water, half of the onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; mix well. Form into 1-inch meatballs and place in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, including the remaining onion, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; mix well, then pour over the meatballs.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the meatballs are cooked through.

CROCK POT BBQ MEATBALLS
I made this up for New Years as an appetizer and they were such a hit. We ate the leftovers over egg noodles 2 days later, and they were even better. (make a double batch for parties)

- Sauce:.
- Saute diced onion in a large saute pan, put half aside to cool.
- Add BBQ sauce, A-1, mustard, and ketchup.
- Fill the empty BBQ sauce bottle with water and add to pan.
- Bring to a simmer, for 5 minutes, then set aside.
- Meatballs:.
- In a small mixing bowl; blend: egg whites, bbq sauce, A1 sauce, salt, pepper, chili and garlic powders, and margarine.
- Place the beef in a large mixing bowl and slowly add the blended ingredients.
- Slowly add crushed crackers and mix until well blended.
- Roll into small (3/4- 1 inch balls).
- Bake on greased sheet in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- After meatballs are all baked, place them into your crock pot and add the sauce.
- cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Can be served with toothpicks as an appetizer, on rolls for a sandwich, or over egg noodles as dinner.
