BEEF & BEAN BURRITOS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: ground beef, taco seasoning, flour tortillas, refried bean, shredded mexican cheese blend

Steps:
- Add ground beef to a large skillet over high heat and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook, breaking up the meat, until browned. Drain the fat and set aside to cool.
- Assemble the burritos by microwaving the flour tortilla for 20 seconds, and begin to layer burrito starting with refried beans, followed by the cooked beef and cheese.
- Fold in the left and right sides of the tortilla and roll it up from the bottom, tucking the bottom edge under the filling. Wrap in parchment paper and label. Freeze up to 1 month.
- To reheat from frozen, wrap the burrito in a damp paper towel and microwave for 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway or until the center is hot. Let stand 1 minute before eating.
- Enjoy!

- Flatten steak to 1/3-in. thickness. Cut into six pieces. In a small bowl, combine the next eight ingredients. Place 1/3 cup on each piece of steak; roll up and fasten with a toothpick. Roll in flour. , In a large skillet, brown roll-ups in oil. In a small bowl, combine the soup, water and browning sauce if desired; pour over roll-ups. Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown the ground beef and drain.
- Add remaining ingredients for the meat mixture; set aside.
- In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Add milk and molasses; stir just until dough clings together.
- On a lightly floured surface knead dough 5-6x.
- Rollout to 9x12 rectangle.
- Spread 3/4 cup meat mixture over dough.
- Starting with longer side, roll up.
- Cut into 12 1" slices.
- Pour remaining meat mixture into 13x9" pan.
- Place biscuit slices on meat mixture in pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef, then mix in onion, garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons sherry, and ginger. Continue to saute just until onions are tender. Transfer mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- In the same skillet, saute cabbage with water, 1 tablespoon oil, sugar, and remaining soy sauce, sherry, salt, and pepper. Continue to saute until cabbage is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Return meat mixture to pan and stir together with cabbage over low heat until heated through. Remove from heat.
- Pour oil into a deep pan and heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fill each egg roll wrapper with approximately 1/4 cup of filling and roll up according to package directions. Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place ground beef, peppers, and onions in a skillet.
- Cook until meat is browned and drain grease well.
- Add in taco seasoning, salt and pepper, ranch dressing, sour cream, 1 cup of the cheese, and black beans. Mix together until combined.
- Spoon the prepared mixture down the center of each tortilla and roll up.
- Place in the lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan, seam side down.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the top of each roll-up. Spoon salsa over the top and top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

- Cut beef into 1/8" slices and tenderize with a mallet if needed. Mix marinade together and coat beef. Allow to marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Rinse produce and remove any dirt. Peel and slice carrots lengthwise into 1/4" thick strips. Trim the ends of the green beans. It is optional to peel the potatoes or leave the skin on. Cut the potatoes into 1/4" strips as well.
- Blanch the potatoes by adding them to boiling water for 1 minute, and then add carrots and green beans to the boiling water. Allow all vegetables to boil for 2 additional minutes and drain. Plunge them into an ice bath. Once the vegetables have cooled, remove and season with salt and pepper.
- Rinse asparagus and trim woody ends. Blanch the asparagus by adding them to boiling water for 2-3 minutes, depending on thickness, and then plunging them into an ice bath. Once they have cooled, remove and season with salt and pepper.
