One Pot Garlic Parmesan Pasta Recipe by Tasty image

Steps:

  • Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add in the chicken broth, milk, and fettuccine. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked through, about 18-20 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately, and top with parsley.

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking up into 3/4-inch crumbles.
  • Remove from skillet with slotted spoon; set aside.
  • Pour off drippings.
  • Combine tomatoes, broth and pasta in same skillet, pushing pasta into liquid; bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in zucchini; continue cooking 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  • Return beef to skillet.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese; heat through.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese before serving.

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in medium bowl. Add meat, in batches; toss until meat is evenly coated with crumb mixture.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add meat; cook 3 to 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Spoon into 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with peppers, onions and pasta sauce.
  • Bake 30 to 45 min. or until heated through. About 10 min. before meat mixture is done, cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella over meat mixture; bake 5 min. or until melted.
  • Drain pasta. Serve topped with meat mixture.

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Grease shallow 2-quart casserole with shortening, or spray with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  • Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly with wire whisk, until smooth and bubbly.
  • Stir in vermouth. Stir in half-and-half, clam juice, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in shrimp, dill weed and 1/4 cup of the cheese.
  • Stir pasta into shrimp mixture. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until light brown and hot.

  • Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Place garlic cloves in a small, ovenproof pan and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss to coat evenly. Place pan in oven and roast until garlic is light golden brown, about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons salt and cook pasta until al dente. When the pasta is ready, reserve 1 and 1/2 cups of the pasta cooking liquid for use later in the recipe. Drain remaining water, then set pasta aside, tossing it with a bit of olive oil to prevent noodles from sticking.
  • When garlic has finished roasting, transfer the cloves and any oil left in the pan to a food processor or blender. Add 1/4 cup of Parmesan, then pulse a few times to combine. With the food processor or blender running, slowly pour in the remaining 1/3 cup olive oil and blend until mostly smooth.
  • Heat a skillet large enough to hold the pasta over medium. Add the garlic –olive oil mixture and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds, then add the reserved pasta cooking liquid. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and add remaining 2 teaspoons salt. Simmer for 5 minutes, until reduced by about 1/3.
