Steps:
- Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add seasoning mix, water and Macaroni; mix lightly. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 7 min. or until macaroni is tender and liquid is almost completely absorbed.
- Stir in sour cream and Cheese Sauce Mix until blended.
- Top with tomatoes, lettuce and tortilla chips.

- Cook onion & garlic until soft. Add ground beef, brown & drain.
- Stir in water, tomatoes (including juice in can), & seasoning. Cook until mixture comes to a boil.
- Add pasta and return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low & cover. Cook stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat & stir in evaporated milk & 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Cover, let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.

CHEESY SKILLET TACO MAC
You may be familiar with that one-skillet macaroni dish that comes in a box where all you have to add is ground beef? Well, this is my version, with a little Tex-Mex twist. The whole family will eat it up, and it's so easy to put together.

Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, ground beef and House Seasoning. Cook until the veggies begin to soften and the beef is slightly browned and no longer pink, about 7 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, chili powder, cumin and beef stock.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the sauce reduces, 5 to 10 minutes. Add the pasta and continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the liquid starts to slightly absorb. Add the cheese and remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, top with the sour cream and sprinkle with the green onions, if using.
- Stir together the garlic and onion powders, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container.

- 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.Place macaroni in the pot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente;drain.
- 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.Add 1 cup crushed taco shells.
- 3. Heat a large,deep skillet over medium-high heat.Cook and stir the beef in hot skillet until browned and crumbly,5 to 7 minutes;drain and discard the grease.
- 4. Return the skillet to heat.Stir in sliced vidalia onion,chopped tomatoes,diced green chiles and taco seasoning mix into the beef;simmer the mixture until hot about 5 minutes.
- 5. Melt margarine in a medium saucepan over medium heat.Add flour into the melted margarine,cook until smooth and bubbling,about 1 minute.
- 6. Stir in milk,sour cream,crushed red pepper flakes,cubed american cheese and 2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend;cook,stirring occasionally,until the sauce is thickened,about 5 minutes.
