• Add sugars and eggs, mix well.
• Sift together dry milk, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, stir into butter mixture.
• Let dough stand 15 minutes.
• Roll into balls, about the size of a walnut and place on a slightly greased baking sheet.
• Flatten with a fork, dipped in flour, criss-cross fashion.
• Bake at 375 degress for 10-12 minutes.
• Watch closely and remove when tops just start to brown.
• Wait about 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Cool on racks.

• 1. Preheat oven to 275. Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and salt together in a large bowl until smooth.
• 2. In a separate bowl combine the flour and baking soda. Slowly add dry mixture to the wet mixture while beating.
• 3. Roll 3 tbsp.size portions of the dough into a ball in your hands and press to 1/2 inch flat on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Be careful not to overcook, or the they will not be chewy.
