BISQUICK SALMON ASPARAGUS BAKE
I stock up on canned salmon when I find a good sale price - it's a quick start to dinner on the nights I'm only cooking for myself. You can substitue tuna for the salmon in this casserole if you prefer. As posted, this makes a large casserole, but it's very easy to halve.

SALMON ASPARAGUS PIE
This recipe sounds very good and uses fresh asparagus. Again, it is a recipe from Betty Crocker Bisquick cookbooklet, October 1998. If you are like me and do not like to debone and pick thru canned salmon there is also a package of salmon. I believe it is Chicken of the Sea and is in the aisle with the tuna in the grocery store. My mom has used the packaged tuna and said it does taste a bit better than the canned and not so much of the mess.

SALMON ASPARAGUS TART
One summer, I worked at a small fishing inn at River's Inlet on the coast of British Columbia, where lucky fishermen sometimes caught 60-pound spring salmon! This is a nice alternative for fixing canned salmon. It also makes excellent use of fresh asparagus. -Abby Crawford Corvallis, Oregon
