Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat butter and cream cheese together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolk, lemon zest, lemon extract, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add flour and salt gradually until dough is combined.
  • Shape dough into small logs; place a log into a cookie press and press out onto ungreased cookie sheets. Repeat with remaining dough logs.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 12 to 14 minutes.

  • Combine Aperol, vermouth, lemon juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and shake until outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled Old-Fashioned glass. Top with lemon soda and garnish with orange wheel.

Steps:

  • Stir vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and cranberry juice in a pitcher to combine. Do ahead: Cosmo mix can be made 10 hours ahead. Cover and chill.
  • To make 1 cocktail, fill a Collins glass two thirds full with ice. Pour in 2 oz. club soda and 2 oz. cava, then 3¼ oz. Cosmo mix. Add a dash of bitters and gently stir once. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

18 oz. vodka
9 oz. Cointreau
6 oz. fresh lime juice (about 7 limes)

Steps:

  • Add the vodka, lemonade and several ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously until chilled and frothy.
  • Transfer the contents of the shaker to a rocks glass, add the club soda. (Add a few extra ice cubes if needed.).
  • Shake on drops of bitters to top.
