Bloody Martini Recipes

Steps:

• Pour vodka, Bloody Mary mix and lime juice over ice.
• Stir to combine and chill.
• Strain over martini glass, serving it straight up.
• Garnish with limes, olives, celery.

Steps:

• Place horseradish and peppercorns in vodka bottle; seal; chill at least 24 hours. Purée tomatoes; drain with fine-mesh sieve; discard pulp. Add celery salt. Fill a shaker with ice; add 2 oz vodka (not peppercorns or horseradish), 1 oz tomato puree; shake. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with celery stalk.

Steps:

• Add vodka, vermouth and ice to a martini shaker, and shake well. Strain into martini glass.
• In small bowl, mix corn syrup and red food color. Use fingertips to dip into red corn syrup, and rub around rim of martini glass, dripping the "blood" around the glass and letting it drip down into the drink.

• In a martini shaker combine all ingredients except the orange slices with a generous amount of ice. Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Strain the libation from the ice into a martini glass. Garnish with the orange slices.

Steps:

• In a pitcher, stir together the Vodka, Worcestershire and hot sauce with V-8 juice.
• Place ice cubes in a martini shaker.
• Add liqueur mixture; shake.
• Strain mixture into six to eight chilled martini glasses.
• Garnish is desired with an olive, okra, cucumber, celery or whatever you prefer. I like mine with a garlic stuffed olive.

Steps:

• Salt the rim of a tall glass. To do so, pour salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel and press into the salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
• In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the vodka, vegetable juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously and strain into the glass. Garnish with a stalk of celery and olives stuck onto a toothpick.

Steps:

• Fill a pint glass or goblet with 1 1/2 cups ice. Set aside.
• Combine tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and 1 cup ice in a mixing glass. Stir until chilled and strain into ice-filled pint glass or goblet.
• Garnish with a celery stalk.
