BLT WRAPS

My mom and I used to make these easy wrap-ups for summer days at the lake with our entire family. These days, we love to bring them to picnics and days in the park. -Jonnah Burks, Brighton, Missouri

Steps:

  • Place 2 bacon strips across the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese; drizzle with salad dressing. Fold 1 side of the tortilla over filling and roll up.

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese and mayo in a bowl. Add crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes. Spread mixture on tortillas and top with lettuce. Roll up tightly in wax paper and refrigerate for an hour. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.

Steps:

  • Spread about a teaspoon of mayonnaise on the inside of a large single outer leaf of iceberg lettuce. Place leaf on the counter and top with 2 slices of turkey breast, 2 bacon slices, 2 slices of cheese, and 1 to 2 tomato slices. Roll up like a burrito. Close with toothpicks and cut into pinwheels.
