Blueberry Breakfast Rolls Recipes
BLUEBERRY CROISSANT BREAKFAST BAKE RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: crescent dough, blueberry, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk

Steps:
- In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs, and while beating slowly incorporate the milk until creamy. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C.)
- Using cold crescent dough, roll up crescent rolls and curve into crescent shape.
- Place rolls in an ungreased 9x9 (23x23) pan.
- Pour blueberries over the crescent rolls.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over rolls and blueberries.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes or until rolls have become golden brown.
- Top with powdered sugar.
- Enjoy!

- In a saucepan combine blueberries, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, salt, and butter. Cook over medium-low heat until berries soften (5 minutes). Stir in flour and cook until thickened (about 2 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Spoon cooled filling down the center of each piece of puff pastry. Bring edges together and pinch to close. Don't overfill or they will break open during baking. Slice into 1-1/2 inch lengths. Place rolls on baking sheets.

- Combine the frozen blueberries, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. Gently toss around and let sit while you prepare the dough.
- Set aside 1/2 cup of flour. In a large bowl, toss the remaining flour, sugar, salt, and yeast together. Set aside.
- Heat the water, milk, and butter together in the microwave until the butter is melted and the mixture is hot to touch. About 115°F (46°C)-120°F (49°C). Stir the butter mixture into the flour mixture. Add the egg and only enough of the reserved flour to make a soft dough. I only needed 1/3 cup, but you may need the full 1/2 cup. Dough will be ready when it gently pulls away from the side of the bowl and has an elastic consistency.
- On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 5-6 minutes. Place in a lightly greased bowl (I used non-stick spray) and let rest for about 10 minutes.
