- Preheat oven to 400°. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine spaghetti sauce and salad dressing mix. Add pasta; toss to coat. , Transfer to a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until heated through.

TURKEY BOW-TIE CASSEROLE
A super easy, yummy, kid-friendly pasta casserole. My little sister and I were making lunch when we made up this casserole. She doesn't like hamburger, but she is a huge pasta and turkey fan. It goes together really quickly if one person makes the turkey part and another person makes the noodle part. Refrigerate leftovers.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground turkey in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add ketchup, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes; remove from heat and cover.
- Drain cooked pasta and pour into a medium casserole dish. Stir in mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, and poppy seeds. Spread turkey mixture on top and serve.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, drain tomatoes, reserving 1-1/4 cups juice; set aside., In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. This is like homemade macaroni and cheese but with the fun bow tie pasta and hearty ham. While this makes perfect use of leftover ham, there usually aren't any leftovers when I serve this! My family gobbles it right up.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Saute garlic 30 seconds. Whisk in flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until smooth. Pour in milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly.
