- In a 2-qt. pitcher, combine the peach slices, brandy, honey and lemon slices; stir in wine. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until chilled., Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Serve over ice.

- Slice orange and set aside. Add wine, peaches and their syrup, liqueur, orange juice, and sugar to a large pitcher, and stir to combine. Add orange slices to pitcher. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour into 6 wine glasses and serve immediately.

- Divide the juice concentrate, brandy and orange juice between 2 Champagne flutes; stir. Add 3 raspberries to each glass and top off with prosecco. Serve immediately.
