Steps:
- Drain veggies and mix with onions and stuffing. Place in a 2 quart casserole or flat baking dish. Dribble margarine and spoon soup over mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. DO NOT STIR
BROCCOLI CASSEROLE
This is a delicious side dish and is wonderful to take to pot lucks or family get-togethers. It disappears very quickly, so you may not have any leftovers. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.
- 2. Cook broccoli until tender and drain. In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and onion. Add salt and pepper. Fold in broccoli.
- 3. Pour broccoli mixture into prepared baking dish and top with stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 4. TOPPING: Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
