BUT THEY LOOK LIKE HAMBURGERS!
I made these for my daughters birthday a few years ago and they were a big hit. They take a bit more effort than the recipes that call for vanilla wafers and chocolate candy, but they are worth it. Recipe is from Taste of Home magazine

Steps:
- Combine cookie mix, eggs, oil, and water; mix well.
- Stir in peanut butter or butterscotch chips.
- Shape into 1-1/4 inch balls; place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove to wire racks to cool.
- For topping, mix together coconut and food coloring in a plastic "ziplock"-type baggie; knead through baggie until until all coconut is green.
- For filling, mix together all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
- Frost the bottoms of 1/2 of the cookies; sprinkle with colored coconut.
- Top with remaining cookies and gently squeeze together.

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheese, bbq sauce, and seasonings. Don't add too much bbq sauce or the patties will have a hard time taking shape. Shape patties that are about 1 inch thick (about 5 patties). (You can also freeze the patties after shaping them for about 1 hour to help them hold their shape.)
- Turn grill up to high and let it get hot.
- Reduce heat to medium-high and place the burgers on the grill. Allow this side of the patty to cook for about 4-6 minutes, but make sure it does not burn. Then flip the burger over and cook until done.
- For the sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking.
- Assemble the burgers and serve with the special sauce and other hamburger toppings of choice.

- If you would like to make a McDonald's cheeseburger, simply add a slice of American cheese to the burger patty once you have flipped it over. Cook for another minute or so, and remove from the grill. Dress the burger with ketchup, mustard, pickle slices and onion.

- In a food processor place ground beef, salt, and water. Process for a few seconds so water and salt are blended through ground beef and meat should look a little pasty.
- On an 11" x 13" jelly roll pan place plastic wrap on the bottom. Place hamburger in middle and with another piece of plastic wrap on top of the meat. Roll hamburger out to 1/4" thick.
- Remove plastic wrap and cut meat into 3" x 3" squares, leave ground beef pieces on the tray. You should get between 12 and 14 squares.
