BACON-CHEESE BISCUIT BITES

Bacon-Cheese Biscuit Bites image

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, egg and milk until smooth. Stir in the bacon, cheese, onion and half of the tomato; set aside., Cut each biscuit into four pieces; press each piece into a greased miniature muffin cup. Fill with cream cheese mixture; top with remaining tomato., Bake at 375° for 14-16 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Nutrition Facts :

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 large egg
1 tablespoon 2% milk
1/3 cup real bacon bits
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 large plum tomato, seeded and finely chopped, divided
1 tube (10.2 ounces) large refrigerated flaky biscuits

Cheddar, Garlic, and Herb drop biscuits image

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 F
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, cheese, and water. Mix until dough is firm.
  • 3. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • 4. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and parsley in a saucepan on the stove and mix together on low heat.
  • 5. Brush the butter mix over baked baked biscuits immediately upon removing from oven

6 c f baking mix (like bisquick or jiffy buttermilk pancake mix
6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 2/3 c milk
1 stick butter,melted
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried parsely
