- .Mix first four ingredients til creamy and place in a glass pie dish.Bake at 350 for 15 minute or until crusty on edge. Remove for oven and top with crumbled Ritz and bacon pour glaze over top and serve with crackers Melba toast or pretzels.

- In a bowl, combine mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions. Pour into a greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. While still hot, top with crumbled bacon and Captain Rodney's glaze. Serve with crackers, corn chips, or crostini.

- Mix Mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions in a greased quiche pan or similar. Top with crumbled up crackers: well enough to coat, but not too thick. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until just bubbling on edges. Remove and top with bacon and dribble glaze. Put back in oven to finish . Need to see bubbling edges and a nice toasty brown crackers. remove and serve with remaining crackers! Yummy!
