Another light and delicious treat for summer, without heating up your house. My family just loves this salad. I hope you try it and love it just as much. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Prepare your dream whip, mix milk and extract until fluffy and peaks form, refrigerate to keep cold. In the meantime, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy and smooth. Stir in the nuts, pineapple and coconut. Next fold in the dream whip and strawberries.
- 2. Can pour into a pretty bowl and garnish with extra strawberries. Keep refrigerated. Delish!

Steps:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour, stirring occasionally. (Can be prepared 3 hours ahead. Refrigerate.)
- Whip cream and powdered sugar in large bowl until stiff peaks form. Spoon 2/3 cup berries and some juices into each of 20 balloon glasses. Top each with spoonful of whipped cream and serve.
STRAWBERRY DELIGHT PIE
Fresh strawberries in glaze crown a fluffy cream cheese/whipped topping filling in a graham cracker crust. Top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream or whipped topping.

- Beat cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and lemon juice together in a bowl with an electric mixer on low speed. Add whipped topping and beat until filling is well-combined. Spoon filling into graham cracker crust.
- Stir strawberries and glaze together in a bowl until berries are coated; lay berries over pie filling. Refrigerate pie until chilled, at least 1 hour.
