CATTLE DRIVE CHILI
Steps:
- Season beef with salt. Brown beef in hot skillet. Add onions, water, chile paste, tomatoes, sugar. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Uncover and cook for another 1/2 hour. Add one can red kidney beans and heat. Water can be added for desired consistency.

- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, flank steak, onion and celery over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain., Transfer to a 6-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans, chilies and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until steak is tender., Serve with the hot pepper sauce, cheese and onion if desired.

Steps:
- In a heavy skillet heat oil over medium heat, Cook onion,celery until soft, add green pepper and drained mushrooms keep the juice,add later).
- Cook for about 3 minitues remove from skillet.
- Keep over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned
- Return Vegetables to skillet.
- add Chili Powder ,and Tomatoes,Paprika.
- Add juice from mushrooms,And ,Cattle boyz BBQ Sauce, And Kidney beans. Mix well
- Cover and simmer for 1 hour .
- And experiance the flavor WOW.
