- Espolvorea las chuletas con el tomillo y la pimienta negra. Calienta el aderezo en una sartén antiadherente grande a fuego medio. Agrega el calabacita y los pimientos; sofríelos 2 min. Haz a un lado los vegetales. Coloca las chuletas en el centro; cocínalas a fuego medio-bajo durante 3 min. Dales vuelta. Revuelve los vegetales; cocínalos de 4 a 5 min. o hasta que estén cocidas las chuletas (145°F).
- Cocina el cuscús, mientras tanto, según las instrucciones del paquete. Incorpora las almendras; ponlas en 2 platos para servir. Retira las chuletas de la sartén y reserva los vegetales en la misma; coloca las chuletas sobre la mezcla de cuscús. Pon la tapa para mantenerlas calientes.
- Agrega la mermelada a los vegetales de la sartén; cocínala mientras la revuelves constantemente a fuego medio-alto durante 3 min. o hasta que se derrita y los vegetales adquieran un glaseado parejo. Sírvelos sobre las chuletas.
