Charleston Cheese Dip Recipes

Steps:

• Mix first 4 ingredients together and bake at 350 F.
• for 30 minutes.
• Top"baked" dip with the bacon crumbs.
• Serve with Wheat Thins or cracker of choice.

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, green onions and cayenne pepper. Transfer the mixture to a shallow baking dish.
• 2. Top mixture with cracker crumbs and bake for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Remove the pan from the oven and top with the bacon. Serve immediately with corn chips, bagel chips or crackers.

• Take out and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
• (I usually make this with the reduced fat cream cheese and cheddar cheese, it still tastes great. I also like to use the real bacon bits that are sold in the bag. You can find them where the salad toppings are. This is much easier and less greasy than fried).
