CHEATER LASAGNA
My husband had kept hinting for Lasagna and I just hadn't had time... so walking through the grocery store I saw cheese filled ravioli. Well that's the cheese and the noodles, all I'd need would be sauce, meat & cheese for the top... and this was born in my head. My husband loved it. Super Easy! Photo Coming!

Steps:
- 1. Turn on oven to 325. Brown hamburger, (You can add onions, peppers & mushrooms, or not). What ever you like. Add the jar of sauce, and about 1 cup of water. Spray cooking spray lightly in bottom of 7x11" baking dish. Layer a small amount of sauce, then ravioli's, cheese layer and repeat. I usually keep a small amount of cheese for the top. Bake 35 to 45 minutes, or until the lasagna is lightly browned and bubbly.

- Turn your Instant Pot to the saute setting. When the display says HOT add in the Italian sausage. Break it up (this is the tool I use*) and brown the sausage. Drain off any excess grease.
- Dump the pasta into an even layer in the Instant Pot. Cover the pasta as best as possible with the broth. Dump the spaghetti sauce evenly over the top of the pasta. Don’t stir.
- Cover the pot and secure the lid. Make sure the valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button for 4 minutes (4 minutes will work for most pastas–mine was super skinny and small so I set it for 3 minutes. Usually I take the suggested boiling time that is on the box, divide by two and subtract 1 to determine how long to cook for in the Instant Pot).
- When the time is up move the valve to venting. If foam starts escaping then move the valve back to sealing and wait 20 seconds and then try again. Remove the lid.

- In a 9 x 11 pan OR two 7 x 10 pans, spray with cooking spray, then place a layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom. I like using two smaller pans. Less leftovers for my family of 4 and I can tuck one of the pans in the freezer for another day.
- Boil the box of noodles. Go ahead, boil the whole box. Follow the directions on the box but take off about 2 minutes. Drain then spread a layer of noodles on the bottom of the pan(s).
