- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk, salt and basil. Stir in the vegetables, chicken and 1 cup cheese. Drain pasta; stir into vegetable mixture. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Cook pasta.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in large pan over medium/high heat.
- Add chicken and cook stirring until golden brown, about 3- 4 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add garlic and tomatoes and cook further 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- In a bowl combine sour cream and stock, mix well.
- Add to frying pan with basil and black pepper to taste, reducing heat to low and simmer, stirring for 2 minutes.
- Drain pasta and add to pan with chicken mixture, olives (if using) and parmesan cheese.
- Toss over low heat until heated through.

- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add 2 cups cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper., Drain pasta. Add to cheese mixture; toss gently to coat. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Melt remaining butter; add bread crumbs and remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheeses. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
