CHEESY PRETZEL DIPPING SAUCE
This is another recipe from the travel of the Deen Brothers. I serve this cheesy dipping sauce with pretzel sticks, but its also great on everything from brocolli to tortilla chips. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

- 1. In a large saucepan, bring the milk and butter to a boil,reduce heat. Add cheddar cheese; whisk until smooth. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, mustard, and hot sauce; whisk until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tranfers sauce to serving dish. Serve sauce warm with pretzels. If the sauce starts to cool and firm up, heat it in the microwave on low power, stirring frequently.
CHEESE SAUCE FOR PRETZELS
The texture of the cheese sauce for pretzels is velvety, and the ingredients are ones you most likely have on-hand. This is a multi-purpose sauce that's also good on nachos, burritos, baked potatoes, tortilla chips, and drizzled over cooked veggies.

- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until a pinch of flour sprinkled into the oil will just begin to bubble. Whisk in flour to form a thick paste the consistency of cake frosting, stirring constantly for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Stir in the milk, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and salt. Cook until mixture starts to bubble and thicken, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and gradually stir in Cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Keep in mind that the sauce will thicken as it cools, so if necessary, add a little more milk to reach dipping consistency.

PRETZEL BITES WITH MUSTARD CHEESE SAUCE RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: pizza dough, baking soda, egg, coarse salt, butter, flour, milk, French's Honey Mustard, shredded cheddar cheese, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper

- Preheat oven to 425ºF (218 C)
- Roll pizza dough into balls slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball.
- Bring a pot of water to a simmer, then stir in the baking soda. Add dough balls and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from the water and place them on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
- Brush each dough ball with egg wash and sprinkle with a bit of coarse salt. Place tray in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until pretzels turn a deep brown color.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the milk while whisking. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the milk begins to thicken slightly. Add in the French's Honey Mustard, cheese, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until cheese melts and the sauce is smooth. Let the cheese sauce bubble for a few more minutes to thicken up slightly. Serve immediately with the pretzel bites!
