- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple. Stir in pie filling and pecans. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Garnish each with additional whipped topping and a cherry if desired. Cover and chill until serving.

Steps:
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and milk together in a bowl. Stir pudding mix into the cream cheese mixture. Fold about half the cherry pie filling into the cream cheese mixture; spread into the prepared pie crust and top with remaining pie filling.
- Refrigerate until set and chilled completely, about 2 hours.

This dessert is the ideal way to get your cherry fix, especially when they're not in season. Lovely enough to serve to guests who don't need to know how quick and easy it is to make. Nice served with a dollop of whipped cream.

Steps:
- Combine shortbread cookie crumbs, butter, and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
- Combine cream cheese, yogurt, condensed milk, lemon juice, almond extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of cookie mixture to the bottom of four 8-ounce canning jars or small dessert dishes. Spoon or pipe in a layer of the cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of cherry pie filling. Repeat this layering once more.
- Move desserts to the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes or longer before serving.

- Mix juice and extract. Drizzle over cake cubes in large bowl; toss to coat.
- Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
- Reserve a few berries for garnish. Place half the cake cubes in 2-qt. glass bowl; top with layers of half each of the remaining berries and pudding mixture. Repeat layers. Refrigerate 2 hours. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and reserved berries just before serving.

Delicious cherry ice cream! It's a fabulous, dark shade of magenta and has a tart flavor that kids (and adults) will love. I have been experimenting with tart cherry juice, and I love this recipe!

- Place the cherry juice, milk, yogurt, and heavy cream into the bowl of a blender. Add the sugar, salt, cherries, and almond extract. Puree until only small bits of the cherries remain.

- Arrange cherries evenly in the pastry shell. Dot with butter. In a large bowl, combine 1-3/4 cups sugar, flour and salt. Stir in the eggs, sour cream and lemon juice. Spread evenly over cherries. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. , Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°; bake 30 minutes longer or until topping is set. Cool for 1 hour on a wire rack. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers.
