Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, green pepper, mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning and garlic. Spread over bread slices. Top each with a tomato slice; sprinkle with remaining cheese. , Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes or until bread is toasted and golden brown.

Chicken Bacon and Cheese Melt image

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium then line with non-stick foil.
  • Stir the minced garlic, salt and pepper into the butter. Brush onion slices evenly with garlic-butter mixture as they are placed on grill. Close the lid and cook, turning and moving as needed, for 20 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high.
  • Lay flattened breasts on the grill grates. With the remaining garlic sauce, brush all over chicken. Grill, turning once, for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through coating with barbecue sauce in the last few minutes.
  • Top each piece of chicken with onions and one slice cheese. Cover and let stand for 30 seconds. Toast buns on grill and spread with mayonnaise or barbecue sauce. Top with chicken steaks and two slices bacon. Close with bread top.

Cheesy Parmesan Bacon Chicken Recipe image

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl mix together the eggs and water. Set aside.
  • In another mixing bowl combine the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture and then into the cheese mixture.
  • Place in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from oven and turn oven to broil.
  • Top each chicken breast with mozzarella cheese and bacon.
  • Broil for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes to melt cheese.

Bacon Cheese Melt image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to broil at 425°F.
  • Heat a frying pan on the stove.
  • Fry bacon strips until they are the desired doneness.
  • Set aside bacon to cool and drain. place bread on a cookie sheet and broil for about 3 minutes until bread is lightly toasted.
  • Turn bread slices over (use a tong) and sprinkle shredded cheese on top in a nice thick layer and broil for about 3 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted.
  • Take the bread out of the oven and let cool for about 2 minutes.
  • Next layer a slice of tomato, onion, pickle and lettuce on one side and place bacon on.
  • You may want to add a little low fat mayo or mustard.
  • Put together and enjoy!
