Chicken Breast With Mozzarella Cheese Recipes

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of wax paper. Pound each to 1/4 inch thickness. Spread butter/margarine over the inside, then add salt and pepper to taste.
• Place slice of cheese on breast, roll and close with toothpicks. Repeat with each breast. Dip rolled breasts in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Place coated breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
• To Make Sauce: In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter and add garlic. Add wine and simmer all together. Pour sauce over chicken and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes.

Steps:

• Sprinkle chicken with pepper; top with cheese. Place in a 1-1/2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine stuffing mix and broth; let stand for 3 minutes. Spoon around chicken. , Combine the soup, wine or additional broth and garlic; spread over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 170°. ,

• Pound breasts until 1/8 inch thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread each breast with butter. Cut cheese in 4 strips. Roll breasts up with the cheese inside. Roll each chicken and cheese roll in flour, eggs, and bread crumbs and place in buttered baking dish. Pour remaining butter, parsley, and rosemary over chicken. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add wine and cook until done, about 40 minutes total.

Steps:

• Pound chicken breast halves until evenly thin. Dredge chicken with flour. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook chicken in butter for about 4 to 6 minutes on each side, until tender and cooked through. Remove chicken to a shallow baking dish; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
• Add 1 tablespoon butter to skillet and sauté mushrooms until tender. Arrange mushroom slices on top of each piece of chicken; cover with a slice of cheese. Place remaining mushrooms around chicken. Steps:

• Brush bottom of a 13" X 9" X 2" pan with oil.
• Mix Parmesan cheese, Bisquick, oregano, paprika, and pepper.
• Coat the chicken in the mixture and arrange skin side down in the pan.
• Bake for 45 minutes in a 425 degree F. oven.
• Turn chicken, divide chili sauce among breast halves and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake until melted, about 5 minutes longer.
