Steps:

  • Cut up all Chicken Breasts into bite sized cubes.
  • melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a large skillet.
  • mix together the flour and the salt and pepper meant for the batter.
  • Carefully coat all chicken cubes and brown in skillet.
  • Remove and place in a shallow dish and cover (this keeps juices in).
  • melt down the rest of the butter.
  • mix in garlic, and all spices.
  • add chicken back into the mix and coat throughly.
  • Add in White wine, allow to come to a boil for 5-7 minute.
  • after the wine has cooked down, add in chicken broth, bring to a boil and then simmer for an additional 5-7 minute.
  • I reccomend serving this over pasta. Very tasty.

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup flour
5 tablespoons butter
4 pressed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups white wine (i prefer a good chardonnay)
1 cup Swanson chicken broth

Steps:

  • Combine the paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne; sprinkle over chicken. Place the chicken, mushrooms, red pepper, onion and artichokes in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the chardonnay, tomato paste, garlic and thyme; pour over vegetables., Cook, covered, on low until chicken is tender, 5-6 hours. Serve with pasta; sprinkle with parsley and cheese.

Steps:

  • Coat chicken in flour mixture.
  • In dutch oven and brown chicken in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add more butter as needed.
  • Add carrots, onion and celery on top of chicken.
  • Add rest of ingredients into dutch oven and bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat and simmer 1 hour.
  • Remove chicken from liquid and take meat off bones.
  • Liquid should be on thick side like stew.
  • Add small chicken pieces back into stew.
  • Add more flour for thickness or water for less thickness.
  • Simmer till vegetables are tender.

  • In a small bowl stir together evaporated milk and flour until smooth. Place chicken, mushrooms, potatoes, onions, carrots and peas in slow cooker. Pour in milk mixture and broth. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and rosemary. Cook on low 6 hours. Stir in parsley just before serving.

  • Begin by gathering and prepping all of your ingredients according to the ingredient list above to have organized and ready for use.
  • Place the chicken thigh chunks into a large bowl. Sprinkle over a couple of good pinches of salt and black pepper, 1 teaspoon of the sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon of the smoked paprika, all of the granulated onion and garlic, plus 2 tablespoons of the flour, and toss well to coat the pieces.
  • Next, place a large Dutch oven or soup pot over medium-high heat, and drizzle in about 3-4 tablespoons of the olive oil; once hot, add about half of the seasoned chicken thigh chunks and allow them to sear for a few minutes until slightly golden. Remove from pot and repeat with the remainder of the chicken thigh pieces, then remove those from the pot as well, and set aside for a moment.
  • Reduce the heat under the pot to medium now, and add the butter to the pot; once melted, add in the chopped onion along with a couple more pinches of salt and black pepper, and allow it to saute for about 5 minutes, until softened.

  • Heat a large skillet. Add the vegetable oil and heat until wisps of smoke appear. Add the chicken drumsticks and breasts in a single layer, season with salt and pepper and cook the chicken over moderately high heat, turning once, until golden brown, about 7 minutes total; transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the mushrooms to a small bowl.
  • Add the potato, carrot, onion, garlic and butter to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are lightly browned, about 4 minutes. Stir in the flour. Pour in the wine and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Add the stock, thyme, bay leaf and chicken along with any accumulated juices and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over moderately low heat until the potato and carrots are tender and the chicken drumsticks are cooked through, about 15 minutes. Discard the bay leaf and thyme. Stir in the heavy cream and the reserved mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
